Common Issues with Turnaround Times
Turnaround times may be extended during the busy season (May-August)
- Password reset – immediate assistance available by contacting the Service Desk (856)-968-7166
- Reactivation of Cooper Account – contact service desk for immediate help (856)-968-7166. If the user has not logged in within 365 days a ticket must be submitted.
- The system automatically resets every Tuesday. If your account has been reactivated and you do not log in before Tuesday of the current week, your account will deactivate again, and you will need to submit another ticket to reactivate it.
- To avoid your account being deactivated, set a calendar reminder every 60 days to ensure you log in regularly.
- Epic account blocked – immediate assistance available by contacting the Service Desk
- Template or role change – submit a ticket, typically resolved within 72 hours
