Quick Tips:

To reset your password, call 856-968-7166 (ensure you have your four-digit pin number available).
If you are only locked out of Epic, please reach out to the Service Desk for immediate assistance.
The system automatically resets every Tuesday. If your account has been reactivated and you do not log in before Tuesday of the current week, your account will deactivate again, and you will need to submit another ticket to reactivate it.
To avoid your account being deactivated, set a calendar reminder every 60 days to ensure you log in regularly.

- 8 rolls per case
- Cooper’s cost is $80.80 per case

For Cooper Transfers: Job Role Changes- Additional Access Needed- Use the link below to update a team member’s job role. For instance, a Front Desk/Scheduler is transitioning to a Pre-Authorization Coordinator.

Additional Access: Use the first link below to add an extra template to a team member’s role. Note: This should be used sparingly, as all roles have already been updated with the correct templates.
